Acclaimed Movie Director Ridley Scott is Set to Produce a Movie About Ethereum

Ridley Scott, who is one of the great movie directors of our time will be producing a movie about cryptocurrency and specifically Ethereum based on the book about Ethereum and its creator Vitalik Buterin “The infinite Machine”.

Ridley Scott may be best known for some of his blockbuster and critically acclaimed movies including Gladiator, Alien, House of Gucci, The Martian and Blade Runner. The English film director won an academy award for best picture for “Gladiator” and was nominated for best picture again in 2015 for “The Martian”. In total Scott has been nominated for 80 academy awards over the course of his career.

“The Infinite Machine” is a book written by Author Camila Russo which tells the story of Ethereum’s creator Vitalik Buterin and his idea to create the Ethereum blockchain and follows the development of the Ethereum Network. The book also follows the epic rise of Ethereum which is the 2nd largest digital asset or cryptocurrency in the world, the growth of cryptocurrency and the future of the internet. Camila Russo announced via twitter that “The Goat Ridley Scott and his production company Scott Free, will produce “The Infinite Machine” Ethereum movie.

“The Infinite Machine” or as some crypto enthusiasts are calling it “the Ethereum movie” will be directed by Shyam Madiraju who will work with Ridley Scott and the Scott Free team for production. Author Camilo Russo stated her enthusiasm for the project and team working to bring it together. Russo said “It’s incredibly exciting to have Ridley Scott and the crew at Scott Free produce the movie of “The Infinite Machine” alongside us. I can’t imagine a better team to turn the riveting story about the people behind the most revolutionary technology since the internet into a feature film that will capture the hearts of our generation.”
